Meet Chef Anyanwu
Henny Butter Biscuits, LLC was established in 2018 by Head Chef Henry Anyanwu as a hotdog sales stand. In 2020, Chef Anyanwu scaled his business to include catering, private dinners and events, and personalized meal planning. Today, his services include cooking classes for parties and 1-1 culinary skills building.
Chef Anyanwu graduated from Auguste Escoffier Culinary Institute in the Winter of 2021 and has since applied his experience and skills to helping others build their confidence in the kitchen. Chef Anyanwu believes that every encounter with food should be a unique culinary experience. Whether street dogs or a plated dinner, Chef Anyanwu delights in bringing culture, fun, and professionalism to every event. As an instructor, Chef Anyanwu is passionate about teaching dining etiquette, culinary skills and passion for experimentation. His cultural background as a first-generation Nigerian American has contributed to his fusion dishes and he believes in empowering every student to discover their culinary self-expression through cooking.
