Henny Butter Biscuits
Henny Butter Biscuits, LLC was established in 2018 by Head Chef Henry Anyanwu as a hotdog sales stand. In 2020, Chef Anyanwu scaled his business to include catering, private dinners and events, and personalized meal planning. Today, his services include cooking classes for parties and 1-1 culinary skills building.
Chef Anyanwu graduated from Auguste Escoffier Culinary Institute in the Winter of 2021 and has since applied his experience and skills to helping others build their confidence in the kitchen. Chef Anyanwu believes that every encounter with food should be a unique culinary experience. Whether street dogs or a plated dinner, Chef Anyanwu delights in bringing culture, fun, and professionalism to every event. As an instructor, Chef Anyanwu is passionate about teaching dining etiquette, culinary skills and passion for experimentation. His cultural background as a first-generation Nigerian American has contributed to his fusion dishes and he believes in empowering every student to discover their culinary self-expression through cooking.

Whether it's the Cinnamon Toast Crunch waffles, the HBB ribs, the HB wings or the Nigerian fusion meals...HBB NEVER DISAPPOINTS. And i mean NEVER. The food is 12/10. Look no further! You will not be disappointed! I've been to a couple events hosted by Henny Butter Biscuits and have yet to be disappointed. From the wings, to the huge beef ribs, fried shrimp, mac and cheese, and jollof rice....they all hit the spot! If you know me, you know mac n cheese isn't really my favorite thing, but with Henny Butter Biscuits I'm always going for thirds. My personal favorite combo is the beef ribs with jollof rice. Cannot sing enough praises to Henry and his team at HBB! Had the pleasure of attending their opening event and I don't even know where to begin. The ribs were phenomenally cooked, the mac and cheese was incredible and the biscuits were the perfect ending to an already amazing meal. I must also mention their service -- Chef Henry truly cares about his craft and cultivating an experience. Thanks, HBB and team can't wait until the next one!

Whatever you think of Henry can make. His ribs are so good and tender drizzled in bbq sauce! and never forget the famous Henny Butter Biscuits, glazed in henny's secret sauce. Breakfast is also amazing; waffles scrambled eggs and of course biscuits with one protein. Trust me you don't want to miss out!
I highly recommend Henny Butter Biscuits for any catering event or even individually packaged meals!! I've had their food at several events and from the Mac & Cheese to the ribs, to the biscuits themselves! They also have several specialty drinks both alcoholic and alcoholic that are so nice for events. The service is very professional and the prices are incredibly affordable for the amount and quality of food they deliver consistently!! It is the best food I've had in LA hands down!
